CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it.
- All merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached to return. All other original tags must remain attached to the garment and the garment must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original condition. Worn, used, damaged items and/or items without original packaging cannot be accepted for a return/refund.
- Item(s) purchased on discount due to a sale, special offer, or discount code, are final and cannot be returned for a refund. The only exception being if the item is faulty.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
- Invoice details
- Customer name
- Reason for your return
- We will email you within 24HRS with confirmation of your return request.
- Ensure all tags are attached and the garments are placed in the original packaging.
- Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way, the garments are to be in the original condition.
- Send the item(s) back to us with a tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping label will not be provided. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approve, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
If the issue is minor and you’d like to keep the item, we can issue a partial refund. Please email us at support@dressconfidently.com. On your email, please include the following:
- Invoice details
- Customer name
- Details and pictures of the issue
If partial refund is approved, we will notify you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
