AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEED 

We take pride in ensuring that we only sell authentic items. We have been reselling since 2018 so we’re a seasoned reseller. We also rotate many of the same brands so we know how to authenticate items and spot fakes.

If, for any reason, you believe that the item you purchase  from us is inauthentic, please contact our support care team right away so we can investigate your claim. You can use our Contact Form or directly email us at support@dressconfidently.com

For your verification, we add pictures of tags including the label, original tag and care tags. If you’re familiar with a brand, these tags should help you determine whether an item is authentic or not. 

We also include pictures of the actual item for sale so you know exactly what you’ll receive. If there are any flaws, we take pictures of it too and notate it in the description.

3RD PARTY AUTHENTICATION SERVICE

If you have concerns about authenticity, you can select to purchase an item through our Vestiaire Collective (VC) Store here.

How It Works:

1. Visit our store on VC , find your item and add it in a cart.

2. Select Authentication for $15 (out of pocket fee & non refundable).

3. We will ship your order to VC office where they will authenticate the item. They will also inspect if there are any flaws or damages that wasn’t noted in the listing.

4. If there are any flaws, VC will notify you (the buyer) and see if you would still like the item. If you reject it, VC will send you a refund.

5. If there are no flaws and VC has completed the authentication, then VC will ship the item to you.

We understand that this additional fee may not be ideal but for peace of mind, we want you to know it’s available.

FIT GUIDE

We sell items from many different brands and all brands have their own sizing and fit. A size Small from X brand may not be the same size small for Y brand. With this said, we take measurements of all inventory we process. These measurements are provided in all our listing.

We also fit and take pictures of our inventory using a mannequin. We use different mannequin but we always add the measurement of the mannequin to help you with the fit.
